Out with the red carpet and in with something new, we brought a fresh approach to a classic night in Hollywood. Working with Producers Jesse Collins and Dionne Harmon, we pivoted from rich gold and black hues to airy champagnes and corals, bringing everything about the elegance of art deco influence into our show package for the 80th Annual Golden Globe Awards.

what we did

Allowing Chloe Flower’s piano concerto to invite viewers into the live event, we crafted the visual language throughout the intro video, title cards, transitions and lower thirds. We married the circle motif with the ‘80’ by deconstructing its form to make the brand elevated and distinctively ownable. Using glass, repetition and rounded graphics to allude to themes of transparency and inclusivity, we drop the gaudy glitz to reveal the class act nature of cinematic full bleeds. So as the credits roll, we raise a glass to the future of storytelling and design.
