One small step for television, one giant leap for sci-fi fans. The opening images build on the history of the space race and the collective amazement people feel when gazing at the stars.
what we did
A live action shoot was produced to recreate the awe and wonder of families at Cape Canaveral, mixed with some stock images from the time. Everything was then projected in 3D space onto snippets of the soon-to-be revealed ship... and blast off!
